   Rowena Carino graduated from San Francisco State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has been a licensed CPA in California since January 2002 and has 30 years of experience in the profession.  Prior to opening her own tax practice in October 2005, she has worked in the banking industry and CPA firms in Palo Alto and downtown San Francisco.

   Rowena services clients throughout the greater Bay Area as well as other states.  She specializes in personal, business and trust income tax preparation, tax planning, accounting services, consulting and start-up business advice.
